What are credits?
Credits are used to generate designs using our API. Each API call consumes one credit. You can use your credits to create as many designs as you need within your plan limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, your new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, credits do not roll over from month to month. For monthly plans, your credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. For yearly plans, you receive all your credits upfront at once when you subscribe, but they expire at the end of your annual billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
Once you have used any portion of our service, we cannot offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, which will stop future billing cycles. Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
